Mark has been working in the mortgage banking field since 2001 as a trusted residential Loan Officer. He has enjoyed helping customers in home finance whether it be first-time purchasers, repeat buyers, new build, investment and refinance. He draws from a self-described motto “It is my fiduciary responsibility as a mortgage professional to educate customers, keep secure personal and financial data, and be supportive of homeowners individual real estate objectives.” His time within the industry has given him the additional perspective to draw from experiences of different periods of rate and real estate environments. Mark has supported the industry by being a past President and Board member of the Southern Arizona Mortgage Lenders Association.
Upon finishing a degree from the University of Arizona he returned to his mid-western ties and jumped into the family business in municipal bond finance of water and sewer projects. He returned to Arizona and ventured into Mortgage residential lending and has since made Tucson his home. His formative family ties are from Kansas City but he loves living in Arizona and takes advantage of the spectacular weather and outdoor activities. He has volunteered his time for many non-profit organizations, primarily for services focused on Autism advocacy, Big Brother Big Sister (BBBS of Tucson), Tucson Community Food Bank, and Ronald McDonald House.
